THE chilly witch

If you grew up in the Midwest, you knew her well. The Chilly Witch loved to destroy our Halloween costumes by forcing us to wear winter coats, and she made trick-or-treating a race instead of what it should be, a leisurely Fall activity. You could spot her a mile away, ready to hurl soft-serve at our heads. Curse you Chilly Witch!
